the way the machines are set up is that they generally hit for a short time, and then they stop hitting for a solid hour or two.when you were able to hit those mid range hits, you could handle it.now its rare to hit $100 hits.they can say what they want, that the machines are random, but i always play the same machines, usually a dozen different ones, over the last 4 years. the machines were letting you play alot longer with your money, so i stopped going to montreal, and montreal is closer for me.even though i wasnt hitting jackpots i was hitting mid range hits that was allowing me to continue to play.i actually didnt mind losing as long as i enjoyed my experience with the gambling part.since they built the hotel the gambling on the machines has changed.i was used to hitting $300-$700 hits which i would usually put back, but it allowed me to play and have some money to gamble with the next day. i have to say i enjoy the atmosphere in hogansburg better but the machines took the good feeling away.before the hotel was built, i was going a couple times a month at akwasasnee.
the first few times i went to akwasasnee i would not hit much,so i continued to go to montreal. i have always hit jackpots in montreal, like every other visit, as i gamble hard.
at the same time i was visiting the casino in montreal. Ive been going to to this casino since it opened.
